These terms describe the use of SEE Consulting, project specifications and the initial consultation deposit.

Use accurate contact details and only submit information you are authorized to share. Protect your sign-in links and authentication codes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, submit unlawful content or send automated spam.
The configurator records the selected services, required and optional items, project context and indicative USD prices. Saving a specification does not commission the full project or accept its indicative price. Final scope, deliverables, timing, taxes, equipment, third-party costs and payment milestones require a separate agreed proposal.
The separate one-time deposit is USD 99. It includes a 30-minute discussion to clarify the project and scope of engagement. If the engagement proceeds, the USD 99 is credited toward the total agreed project price. It is not an optional specification item, subscription or payment of the full indicative project total.
If you cancel or choose not to proceed, the USD 99 consultation payment is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If a project is agreed, the USD 99 is credited once toward the agreed project advance and therefore the total project price; it is not an additional charge on top of that price. This rule does not exclude mandatory rights concerning withdrawal, failure to provide the service or a service that does not conform to the agreement.
Stripe provides the payment page. Your saved specification is forwarded to our project contact after payment is confirmed. You can check the payment status in your client portal. The consultation time is agreed directly; payment does not automatically reserve a calendar slot.
You retain your rights in the information you submit. We use it to handle your enquiry, consultation and proposal. Do not submit third-party confidential information without permission. Ownership and licensing of commissioned deliverables, confidentiality arrangements and any AI processing of client materials must be addressed in the project agreement.
Consultations support project scoping; they do not guarantee a particular technical, financial or commercial result. Project-specific responsibilities are agreed in the proposal. Nothing on these pages excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These pages do not impose an exclusive court, arbitration clause or blanket waiver of consumer rights.
Read the cancellation and refund policy before payment. Send questions or complaints to vladimir.dzodzo@seelivesports.net with the RFP reference. Material changes will be dated on these pages; they do not retrospectively change an already agreed project scope or price.
