This notice explains how SEE Consulting handles personal information when you browse the website, create an account, submit a project enquiry or specification, and arrange a consultation.

We store account email and authentication records; name, company, country, project description, selected services and phases, answers, indicative prices, optional budget and start date; request and payment references, payment status and notification delivery records. Authentication and security functions use session data and request metadata. Administrator-uploaded reference images and captions may be public when published.
Data is used to provide accounts, save requested specifications, arrange consultations, prepare proposals, verify deposits, communicate and protect the service. Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, requested pre-contractual steps and contract performance support service processing; legitimate interests support proportionate security; legal obligations may require financial record retention. Optional consent-based uses require a separate choice. Accepting service terms is not consent to marketing.
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase provides the database, account authentication and file storage. Titan handles sign-in messages and project emails. Authorized administrators access records to manage enquiries and services. Stripe handles information entered on its hosted payment page and receives an internal specification reference and payment purpose; we do not send the full specification to Stripe. The application stores payment identifiers and status, not full card numbers or CVC codes.
Our primary Supabase database, authentication service and file storage are hosted in Ireland. Vercel, Supabase, Titan and Stripe may also process data in other countries as part of hosting, delivery, support, security and payment services. Their privacy information describes their respective processing practices. A primary hosting location does not mean that all processing stays in one country. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements applicable to your data.
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the status of your enquiry or engagement, applicable record-keeping obligations, and any unresolved dispute or security issue. Account and project records are removed following review rather than on an automatic deletion schedule. You may request deletion or an explanation of the retention of a particular record at the privacy contact. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a competent supervisory authority. We may need proportionate identity verification before disclosing account data. Required fields are needed to handle the requested service; budget and preferred date are optional.
To understand which public pages are useful, we store daily page-view totals for a fixed list of pages. This counter does not store full URLs, query parameters, referrers, raw IP addresses, browser details or account identifiers, and does not link views to registered users. A keyed network-address hash changes daily and is used only to limit abuse. On the next recording operation, earlier-day limit hashes and aggregate counts older than 400 days are removed. Hosting providers may separately keep operational security logs. Registered-user and project statistics are calculated from existing service records and are accessible only to authorized administrators.
The site uses authentication cookies and a language preference cookie; see Cookie information. It counts public page views in aggregate without analytics cookies or visitor identifiers. It does not include advertising trackers, sell personal data, send marketing campaigns or automatically submit client specifications to AI services. There is no automated proposal approval or profiling decision in this flow. Payment confirmation only controls notification release.
