The USD 99 initial consultation deposit is separate from the full project price. This page explains what it covers, how it is credited toward a project and how to request a cancellation.
The one-time USD 99 deposit includes a 30-minute project discussion. If you proceed with an agreed engagement, it is credited toward the total agreed project price. It is not a subscription and does not commit you to purchasing the full project.
Email vladimir.dzodzo@seelivesports.net with your RFP reference, account email and requested cancellation or alternative time. Do not include card details. A payment does not automatically reserve a meeting time; scheduling is agreed directly.
If you cancel or choose not to proceed, the USD 99 consultation payment is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If a project is agreed, the USD 99 is credited once toward the agreed project advance and therefore the total project price; it is not an additional charge on top of that price. This rule does not exclude mandatory rights concerning withdrawal, failure to provide the service or a service that does not conform to the agreement.
Report duplicate or disputed payments with the request reference so they can be checked against Stripe records. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible, subject to applicable rights and provider processing. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, a deposit or a click on the payment button alone does not waive it.
